The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a good area, near the centre of Rennes. Our superior studio had a microwave, central heating, and a work desk. The bathroom we had was large. The location was particularly good and quiet and the private parking was nearby. It was within easy walking distance of Knop et compagnie, serving fast food. Greatly enjoyed our VERY NICE stay of 3 nights.

The bright and modern facilities especially the breakfast and the laverie. The undergound car park was a geat plus for this site
The kitchen facility could have been bigger and the bathroom smaller. The kitchen was quite cramped and with only one electric plug and if appliance plugged in wire trailed near a hotplate made life challenging. The shower head would not stay upright in the shower and could not be used except by hand no kettle or toaster and cups not big enough for english guests.

the location was quiet for rennes, adjacent to the city centre and other shops/restaurants, saint-malo, and other shops/restaurants.

It was a really clean apartment, with a twin bed and a sofa bed, which was good for 4 people. Before our arrival at the hotel, I received a text message from the hotel, confirming our booking and indicating 2 codes, which at that time, we couldn't guess their use! When arrived at the hotel, we were shocked as we found out that there is no staff at all over there! it took us some 10 minutes to understand that one of the codes is for the opening of the main door of the hotel and the second one is for a safe, located in the lobby, where we were supposed to find an envelope, containing the key to our room. That's really a good idea; but it needs to be explained beforehand to prevent confusion. the cutlery of the kitchenette and the toiletries were perfect and more than enough for 4.
As there was not a single member of staff in the hotel, we could not get a hairdryer. More importantly, we were not able to use the cable internet service of our room (no username and password), and also we could not use the parking of the hotel, as we had no code to open and close the parking barricade. The worst of all is that there is not a single word of English, all around the hotel: neither in the room guides, nor in the welcome envelope and nor even on the information boards of the hotel; which with absence of the staff members, is really annoying.

Simplicity and service were great and the ability to part under the hotel took aay any stress from parking at an external location. Arriving late at night this is really important.
Having the ability to make a hot drink in the apartment would have been nice. Providing clear the instructions for access to hotel and keys is important and i suggest in the native language to the party.

The hotel had everything you needed, and clean and tidy with underground parking if needed .
The mattress was to firm for all 7 of our group . Like most French hotels there was a coffee machine but no kettle .

we stayed there to set up my sister for her schooling term and the location was convenient for that, very near the bus stop but nothing much is happening aside from construction here and there
